As a technical lead, I spearheaded the decision-making process for our technology stack, ultimately selecting a C# backend complemented by Dapper for data access, REST API for seamless communication, and a Blazor frontend for an engaging user interface. Also implemented a DevOps environment from scratch which allowed for a continuous integrations workflow with automatic releases and validations on pull requests. This ensured the stability of our software throughout development.

I joined the team to support the maintenance of the existing WinForms application and successfully modernized both the planning and stock management applications during my tenure. Moreover, I worked closely with colleagues to enhance our DevOps stack, selecting Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Buildmaster to improve our development workflows. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in backend development for our Angular frontend, ensuring a smooth integration and optimal performance across our entire system.

I contributed to the development of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) utilized by our clients to monitor the movement of pallets and materials within their warehouse(s), as well as to facilitate timely picking for customer deliveries. In this role, I engaged with PLCs, AGVs (automatic guided vehicles), warehouse cranes, and external systems to ensure seamless communication. I employed various communication protocols, including Modbus, direct TCP communication (custom packages), MS MessageBus, Kepware, and the Schaefer protocol, to establish effective communication with these devices.
